Our current shipping zone is within the United States. We plan to expand our delivery territories in the near future.

 

Customs Fees and Duties

Our Wholesale, Aura and Fan Shop warehouse is located in China. Fees are not guaranteed. At this time, all customs and duties fees are the customer’s liability and will be charged to you upon receipt of your international shipment.

  

Order Cancellations

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please understand that our systems print out shipping labels according to what the customers placed on their shipping and billing information. Our fulfillment team processes the orders right away. Please contact the shipping carrier to reroute your package in case of any error on shipping information.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Phenomenal Entity is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. Packages are not insured.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, for sanitary purposes there are no exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

 

Refused Packages

A $5 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.

 

Defective Products

In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please email Support@PhenomenalEntity.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 2 days of delivery. Phenomenal Entity is not responsible for carrier or weather damages. If the product is deemed defective by PhenomenalEntity.com, you will be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please note, we only accept returns from PhenomenalEntity.com orders.
